“We recently switched to Brooklyn Road Veterinary Clinic. After months of my pug suffering from intense itchiness, all-over body rash, scabbing, and hair loss, Dr. Sales diagnosed her with sarcoptic mange and began immediate treatment. One day later and her dandruff is much improved. It’s a long process to get rid of the mites, but I am so thankful that it is treatable and my poor dog will get relief. I wish my previous vet had listened to me when I asked for her to perform a skin cytology and voiced my belief that this skin condition was not yeast, (and even suggested I thought it might be mange), yet she insisted on treating it as a yeast infection. Thank you, Dr. Sales, for taking the time to do a full workup! Bonus is that the prices are reasonable and the clinic understands my desire to keep my elderly dog comfortable in her last years without spending a lot of money on treatments.”
“Brooklyn Vet as always goes above and beyond when I need help, this was an emergency situation and I got my Bullet seen within 2 hours…I have complete faith in the quality of care she received from everyone there..and I really really appreciated them touching base with me when they learned she had passed…I know everyone who touched her and held her always came back laughing because she always wagged her tail when they held her no matter what the procedure was.”

“Hands down the best veterinary you can go to within the Jackson area, probably all of Michigan. They take such great care of our boys, even when we relied on them heavily when our first pup got sick. Unfortunately, with a terminally ill pup, you get to experience the care of different animal hospitals and veterinary clinics — I can confidently say we received the best care from Brooklyn Road Veterinary Clinic. When we ultimately had to make the difficult decision to help our boy along with his next adventure, I can’t say how incredible the support was that we received. Their heartbreak was just as great as ours. We shared stories and tears, it is through difficult times like these that you see these people truly care about the animals we trust them with — they aren’t just a patient or customer. They know all of our boys’ names by heart, asking about how the other is doing anytime we bring one of them in.
